i asked my friend gregg to help me title this piece. it is another old one from this winter. the story behind the title...the bead design in the mask started out as an upsidedown butterfly, with the centerpiece bead (yes it is supposed to look like a skull--it is made out of polymer clay and one of the teeth (crimp beads) fell out when i was baking it unfortunately) anyway the centerpiece bead is the butterfly's head. i also made the black beads with silver wire designs--polymer clay again. it took me a week to finish this one because i got sick in the middle of working on it and then got better right after i finished it. yeah weird right? all my school friends i know that you have already seen these pieces. ill have new stuff coming soon i promise.
